330881-28-00-060-00-02 is a PROXPAC XL Proximity Transducer Assembly (Metric version). It is a self-contained proximity probe system that integrates the following into a single PPS housing:
3300 XL 8 mm Probe (with 1.0-meter integral cable)
3300 XL Proximitor Sensor (mounted inside the housing cover)
Probe Sleeve and Housing Assembly
This design eliminates the need for an external extension cable and a separate Proximitor housing.

Important Cautions - 330881-28-00-060-00-02

Self-Contained System: The Proximitor sensor is mounted on a support table inside the housing cover. The 1.0-meter probe cable connects directly to the Proximitor, eliminating the probe-to-extension-cable connection point entirely. This improves reliability by removing a potential failure point.
No Extension Cable: The PROXPAC XL is a 1.0-meter system only. It uses a fixed 1.0-meter probe cable internally. It is not compatible with 5-meter or 9-meter system configurations.
Sleeve Support Requirement: The total penetration length is 60 mm (Option CCC = 060). This is well below the 305 mm (12 in) limit, so no additional sleeve support is required.
Fittings Option: Option DD = 00 provides no conduit fittings — only two plugs and two washers are supplied to seal unused housing ports. If conduit connections are required, order appropriate fittings separately or select a different DD option.
Mounting Thread: Option EE = 02 provides 3/4-14 NPT mounting thread. This is the standard for most installations and is required when using the standoff adapter (though this model has none).
